2007 Tempranillo
Tempranillo is the primary wine grape used throughout much of Spain. It displays a complex cherry and earthy sweet vanilla flavor, with a soft finish. This local wine pairs well with simple chicken dishes but holds up to hearty meat dishes. It also goes great with the Spanish manchego cheese.

2007 “One Night Stand” Blend
This locally grown varietal blend is composed of 30% Merlot, 30% Tempranillo, 30% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It was named ‘One Night Stand’ because a bottle never lasts more than one night. It embodies the rich flavor of dark cherry, black pepper and oak. This is an all around red table wine that complements any food. Try it with your favorite pasta dish or grilled meat.***SOLD OUT***
